Best Sniffers Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information

According to me Iris is one of the best sniffers around.
http://www.eeye.com/html/Products/Iris/index.html
It not just shows raw data packets but also shows text and also emulates cookies.

This tutorial will give you an introduction on the technique of packet sniffing.
To fully understand it you will have to have a basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack.

Contrary to popular belief...that should have never happened if the top 5 modification had been programmed correctly. It's not my fault, it is not your fault, it may not even be the programmers fault. The fault could easily be that of BurningBoard.

Who knows, but I can tell you that it's definetly not supposed to happen. Tongue

Its obviously the fault of WBB as I coded 2 modifications for latest/top threads. Both of them are coded differently and both of them suffers same problem.

No one is perfect in this world. Not even you. But here we can say that its not my fault, as all such hacks who are done by other authors also have same problem. Thats due to WBB not cleaning up the database correctly. It can be fixed, but I m not really getting time. If you want you can fix that. I think you are a better programmer Tongue. Wink

Ravish, I never even hinted that I was perfect. To even begin to think that is not only arrogant, but it's also the absolute stupidest thing you will ever do your entire life. Setting me up and trying to feed my ego is not likely to get me to fix the programming for you. I've told you why the forum system sucks in other threads.

While we're on the subject of packet sniffing...a few months ago I discovered a program called something snort. It's supposed to recover your lost 802.11 WEP passwords.

Anyone remember this program...for future reference?

Snort is not a packet sniffer or a password recovery tool. It is an Open Source Network Intrusion Detection System available at http://www.snort.org
