I was wondering since this site is called LINUXadvisory what the people on this site use as their primary Operating System.
I will be honest and admit that most of the time I use the Microsoft Operating Systems Win2K and WinXP,
Why, because it pays my bills.
I have prior experience with (all ms os'es from DOS 3.3 up), Mandrake, Slackware and a bit of FreeBSD.
My (crappy) laptop runs Slackware 8.1 and I have an old 386 notebook which runs FreeDOS.
I have experienced a little bit with QNX when they had a free demo disk which would load a complete GUI OS from 1 floppy.
I also like to use Knoppix, a linux which you can boot from a CD. Furthermore I like to experience with single(sometimes double) disk distributions like BlueFlops.
So what is your OS ?

I'm using W2K in my box at the moment. I've tried Mandrake some time ago and I liked it but since I can't do everything I want with it I had to change back to windows system.
Though as soon as I get enough money to buy a new computer I will install linux to my older one but until then...I just have windows.
...I personally don't have a favorite. I use WindowsXP, Linux (tons), Unix (BSD's), MacOS...I've used them all. I can't pick my favorite OS being I'm very OS neutral.
Perhaps at the moment, my distrobution is MacOS X, which has a true unix command line.
