Yet another SCO thread. Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information

I know I am giving SCO way to much publicity.
Read this
quote:

Aduva software will be able to find and replace all the dirty code on in-production Linux servers automatically, well, at least as far as Red Hat and SuSE go, but the solution encompasses Intel boxes and mainframes.

http://www.sys-con.com/linux/articlenews.cfm?id=940

I know this is prolly a smart marketing move but if you have read the article there are some smart comments there.
Like:
quote:
SCO will have to identify the plagiarisms before Aduva can find them.

I think SCO will need to make the code they claim is stolen public imediatly.
I have no doubt that the linux developers around the world would have the problem fixed faster then you can blink an eye (theoretical offcourse)

Once again
SCO [insert random insult here]

And they should do that.
I think (it may be wishfull thinking but whatever) that SCO is gonna loose this battle.
Their claims are ridiculous and they wont release the source.
It is suicide if you ask me.
