Not with todays technology...I've had the opportunity to listen to some debates on the subject matter and I found them very interesting. Stephen Hawking has proposed a "chronology protection conjecture"--an as-yet-unknown law of physics that would preserve causality and safeguard history from meddlers. I find this a very, very intriguing idea that there are laws of physics that would either prevent time travel or destroy the chrononaut's themselves.
