Make the page refresh after couple of seconds with the following code in <head> tag. This will refresh the page after 30 secs and will get you another hit. You can change 30 to anything depending on how many secs u want.
Yes, what Ravish said. Just leave an IE window open, and minimize it. It will auto-refresh every x seconds. That's an awesome idea Ravish. I didnd't even think of the meta tag redirect.

anyway, they're making a bundle, 200+ hits means 6000+ hits a month. most banner services pay 1$-3$ for ad's. thats 6$ a month minimum. A domain costs hardly 10$ a year,
There are some proxy clickers available on net. Those use different proxies to visit a particular URL to make unique hits. But, to be true doing something like this is not a nice thing.
